Lindsey
Lindsey brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team, seamlessly overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and a positive work environment. While supporting both the office and field crews, she manages various small water systems across the BC Interior. Outside of work, you can find her keeping active outdoors, travelling, and spending time with family, friends and her dog Jake (see below!).

Colton
Colton has been working in the industry since 2016, and has extensive knowledge in water system installations, well rehabilitation, controls, troubleshooting, filtration and more. He brings a wealth of knowledge to every project and is an asset to the team. When he’s not working, Colton enjoys spending time with his kiddo and hunting. His approachable nature and genuine passion for his work make him a valued resource and a leader.

Dan
With 20 years of industry experience, Dan is your go-to expert in municipal and domestic pumps, water management, controls, and more. His extensive background allows him to tackle challenges with ease and creativity. Outside of work, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors—whether it’s playing baseball, hunting, curling, or camping with friends and family. Dan’s passion for teamwork extends beyond the office, making him a true collaborator.

Stephanie
Stephanie keeps everything running smoothly, making sure the field crew stays on track and the office stays organized. She is the friendly and helpful voice you’ll hear when you call! Her positive attitude and dedication make her an essential part of our team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and kids, diving into home renovations and decorating, and pursuing her passion for photography (she's the creative eye behind the team photos on our website).

Meet Jake, our friendly door greeter! He’s always ready to greet visitors with a wagging tail and a big smile. Lately, he’s also been taking Bear under his wing, showing our newest team member the ins and outs of office life.

Bear may be the youngest member of the team, but he's already taken his role seriously. From making appearances in the office, to accompanying the crew in the service truck, this happy puppy is always eager to join the adventure and brighten everyone's day.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR HISTORY
Central Interior Pumps, incorporated in 2004, was founded as a small business by Blaine and Brenda Matuga. Blaine, a Journeyman Plumber and Well Pump Installer, saw a need for reliable and knowledgeable groundwater services within the Kamloops region. Over the years, Central Interior Pumps has undergone growth and transformation, developing into one of the leading pump companies in British Columbia. We have provided continuous professional service throughout this time and have become highly respected.
2023 was an exciting year and new chapter in our journey, as new ownership and the next generation have taken over CIP. The passion in our industry is carried on by Dan Evans, Colton Matuga and Lindsey Matuga who have all worked in the groundwater industry for many years. They continue to grow and uphold the highest industry standards.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their service. From interacting over the phone to the immediate same day service we got. Phenomenal! I made a call as we were a month without our well working. It was the hottest day of the summer (48C). Dan came out the same day in the scalding sun to restore our water. This company really cares about their customers and will go the extra mile for you. These are the people you want taking care of your water needs!
